I love this product, it's my go-to birthday gift. I like to put cucumber and mint in the channel and make my own spa water - a glass of this is always a big hit with guests.I've had my own fro thee years now and it has a small crack in the filter piece - still works though. Dishwasher safe.
I use this to cold brew ice tea overnight in the fridge. Works wonderfully & cold-brewed tea has a mellower flavor.
I am probably on my 4th or 5th pitcher.they all break either by cracking/leaking or the lid breaks off the top.the loose tea sleeve always breaks too. they last a year or 2, i make alot of iced tea tho. not sure whether i will buy another one or not. might be best to find an alternative that will last.
I've been using for 2 years and never had it melt. What's up with that.
I love this pitcher. I've only had it about a month, and I've used it every day. It's super easy to clean, I can see everything I need to while making and storing tea, and I just rinse and repeat every day. Plus, I got it at an excellent price with the 4 for 3 promo for Mother's Day and birthday gifts.
